• Keep your screen clean all the time.
• Make sure that the office is well ventilated or try to work near an open window you need as much oxygen.
• Take regular breaks (theoretically, every 15 minutes you have to do a break) and walk if you feel to stretch and relax your eyes. Set your monitor contrast and brightness to acceptable levels.
